"O brave new world that has such people in't!"

The Tempest, Shakespeare’s supernatural tale of love, family, and revenge comes to surprising life in this boisterous, highly physical production. In a fast-paced adaptation both funny and ferocious, the next generation will have the chance to explore their own definition of justice and consider the responsibility of those who wield power.

About the Tour

Shakespeare’s original language comes alive through energetic contemporary staging, performed by the talented young artists of the FSU/Asolo Conservatory.
Each performance is followed by a discussion period with the cast. Production Guides and other resource materials will be available in Fall 2018.
Educators should save the date for an Educators’ Preview Night on September 28 from 5-7pm!
