Health and Safety Protocols

(updated April 4, 2022)

We are profoundly grateful for your patience and generous support as we have navigated through the difficult waters of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Starting April 15, 2022, we will be adjusting our audience protocols to remove the proof of negative test or vaccination requirement for audience members attending Asolo Rep performances.

At this time, Asolo Rep will continue to require masks – which should be worn over the nose and mouth – for the entire audience inside the building.

Should there be a significant increase in transmission, Asolo Rep will re-evaluate the audience policy.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES

  • Asolo Rep is home to a fully vaccinated team of staff, volunteers, cast, crew and creatives.
  • For safety, all staff and volunteers interacting with patrons will be masked.
  • The theatre and lobby will be sanitized prior to each performance.
  • All air handlers have been optimized for maximum air circulation and increased filtration.
  • Touchless ticketing will be implemented for all performances.
  • Digital programs are available for each performance.

Protocols may be revised based on industry best practices, CDC guidance and the evolving circumstances of the pandemic. Screening protocols may be added or removed.

We are committed to pursuing policies offering the safest environment to all involved with the least inconvenience. We thank you again for your patience, and we look forward to welcoming you to an upcoming performance.
