DID YOU KNOW?


  • 2,000 pairs of shoes were worn in the 2010-11 season
  • Approximately 750 yards of fabric were sewn into costumes
  • 30,000 yards (100 spools) of thread were cleared
  • 16,000 hours of labor went into producing costumes for the 2010-11 season
  • About 30 pairs of stockings were worn by each Repertory actor 
  • 180 pairs of stockings were worn by the five female Conservatory Students
  • An estimated 400 costumes will be created, fabricated and materialized for the 2011-12 season
